Sailing from HMYC, Stephan Proudfoot competes in the KwaZulu-Natal dinghy circuit. Stephan's competitive record on SailingSA begins in January 2025. Since then 10 races across 2 regattas have been completed. Stephan competes mainly in the Dart 1 up fleet, alongside races in Dart 18. Highlights include winning the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the Dart 18 fleet, along with the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam Multihull Final in the Dart 1 up fleet. Stephan continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
