Stephan Proudfoot sails out of HMYC in the KwaZulu-Natal. Stephan's competitive record on SailingSA begins in January 2025. Since then 17 races across 3 regattas have been completed. Stephan competes mainly in the Dart 18 fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Stephan's best results include winning the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the Dart 18 fleet, as well as the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the Dart 18 fleet. Stephan remains active in regional dinghy racing.
