Sailing from HYC, Thomas Henshilwood competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Thomas's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 184 races across 18 regattas have been recorded. Most of Thomas's racing has been in Dabchick, with additional starts in 29er and Sonnet. Highlights include winning the 2025 SA Youth Nationals in the Dabchick fleet, along with the 2025 29Er Nationals in the 29er fleet. Thomas continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
