Josh Pretorius sails out of HMYC in the KwaZulu-Natal. Josh's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2023. Since then 87 races across 11 regattas have been completed. Josh's primary class has been Dabchick, with additional appearances in Mirror and Optimist A. Key performances include winning the 2024 SA Youth Nationals - Optimist A in the Optimist A fleet, along with the 2025 Kzn Dabchick Regionals in the Dabchick fleet. Josh remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
