Richard Ayres sails out of IYC in the Western Cape. Richard's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2024. Since then 49 races across 6 regattas have been completed. Most of Richard's racing has been in Hobie 16, with additional starts in Hobie 14 and Hobie Tiger. Key performances include winning the Triple Crown #4 2024/2025 in the Hobie 16 fleet, along with the Triple Crown #4 2024/2025 in the Hobie 16 fleet. Richard remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
