Sailing from PYC, Thomas Funke competes in the KwaZulu-Natal dinghy circuit. Thomas's earliest SailingSA result dates to January 2025. Since then 53 races across 7 regattas have been recorded. Most of Thomas's racing has been in Mirror, with additional starts in 505 and Flying 15. Thomas's best results include winning the Flying Fifteen National Championships in the Flying 15 fleet, as well as the 2025 Gauteng Regional Championships in the 505 fleet. Thomas remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
