Howard Leoto sails out of RNYC in the KwaZulu-Natal. Howard's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 105 races across 17 regattas have been completed. Howard competes mainly in the 420 fleet, alongside races in L26 and 29er. Highlights include winning the 2025 420 National Championship in the 420 fleet, along with the 2025 W. Cape Championships - Dinghy Classes in the 420 fleet. Howard continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
