TYC Yacht Club (Transvaal Yacht Club) is on the northern shores of Hartbeespoort Dam at Schoemansville in the Magaliesberg foothills (~40 min from Johannesburg, ~30 min from Pretoria). Sailing, racing, junior sailing, motorboating and canoeing; boat storage and membership facilities. Club materials cite continuous activity since 1923.
